Returns & Refunds
Once an online purchase has been made, no item may be returned & refunded or swapped for another item in the store, unless the item is not received at your delivery address within 30 days of purchase, or is received damaged inside the packaging on delivery. Any damaged items will need to be reported to Humble Jungle within 72 hours of receiving the package in order for a refund to be accepted. Before a refund can be actioned, a photo of the damaged item will need to be sent to email@example.com, and the item will need to be returned by delivery to Humble Jungle within 14 days. Humble Jungle will arrange the courier collection and cover the shipping fees for the damaged item.
