On one fine day during lock-down, our owner, Leigh Garrett lost her job in the travel industry and this is when her entrepreneurial side took the wheel! She pondered on the effects of lockdown on our beautiful country, South Africa. She saw many others lose their jobs too, and in turn they began creating handmade goods as a creative outlet, and an income…

And so begun the first chapter of Humble Jungle’s Online Store, where our vision is to support these creatives as well as other small businesses by selling their handmade home décor goods online.
